The Cherubim Chamber Chorale was honoured to host the talented Nigerian singer and songwriter Ric Hassani in Uganda. This marked a significant milestone for our chorale, as we had the privilege of collaborating with Ric on an exciting music project.
During his visit in January, 2024, Ric Hassani teamed up with the Cherubim Chamber Chorale to create a stunning music video “LOVE AGAIN” that was unveiled on his YouTube channel https://youtu.be/dlZIrU_nrRM?si=mrxvs3qVfCpNUM09. The energy and chemistry between Ric and our chorale were palpable, resulting in a truly unforgettable recording experience.
The highlight of Ric’s visit was his electrifying performance with the Cherubim Chamber Chorale on the prestigious SHONALE stage, a concert that was held at Lugogo Hockey grounds on Saturday 13th January 2024. The audience at Lugogo Hockey grounds was treated to a mesmerizing display of vocal prowess, as Ric and the chorale delivered a captivating rendition of his hit songs Ngonzi and Number One. The crowd was wowed by the seamless blend of Ric’s soulful voice and the chorales lush harmonies.
We are so grateful to Ric Hassani for choosing to collaborate with the Cherubim Chamber Chorale. This experience has not only elevated our profile but also inspired us to continue pushing the boundaries of musical excellence.
